Can I add an extra person to my room? While our standard rooms are designed for two guests, a third bed can be added to select rooms for £25 per stay.

How do I pay for extra beds or pet fees? Please note that the cost for additional items (such as extra beds or pet fees) will not be reflected in your initial online booking total. These charges are payable upon check-in at the hotel.

What are your check-in and check-out times? Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we ask that guests check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you are arriving early or wish to explore Ramsgate after checking out, we are happy to store your luggage at reception for you.
Do you offer late check-outs? Subject to availability, we may be able to offer a later departure for an additional fee. Please speak with our team during your stay or contact us in advance to see if this can be arranged.
